Ingredients
- 1/2 Banana mashed (50G)
- 1 Tbsp (10g) oat flour
- 1 Tbsp (10g) coconut flour
- 7 Tbsp (42g) peanut flour (PB2)
- 1 Scoop (30g) vanilla Isopure
- 3/4 Tbsp (9g) sugar substitute
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl
- Mix with a spatula until crumbly
- Use your hands to roll and form the dough into a ball
- Separate the ball of dough into 15 equal sized balls (about half the size of a ping pong ball)
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- Score the balls with a fork before serving
