Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cup (420g) Pure Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 Cups (355mL) evaporated fat-free milk
- 3 Egg whites (105g)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup (100g) Sugar Substitute
- 1 1/2 Scoops (45g) De Novos white cake protein powder
- 2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl
- Use a hand mixer to combine thoroughly
- Pour the batter into an 8 inch circular pie plate coated with baking spray
- Bake at 350 Degrees | 177 Celsius for 45 minutes
