Ingredients

2 (200g) Ripe bananas
2 Egg whites (70g)
1 Egg
2 Cups of oats (160g)
3/4 Cup greek yogurt (190g)
Just less than 1/4 cup (40g) sugar substitute
3 Tbsp (42g) semi-sweetened mini chocolate chips
Just less than 1/2 a cup (100g) unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp (30ml) low calorie pancake syrup
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp baking soda

Instructions

Add all your ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to your blender (liquids first)
Blend until well combined
Stir in chocolate chips
Spray a muffin tray (or the wrappers if using them) with non-stick cooking spray
Bake at 400 Degrees | 204 Celsius for 15-20 minutes
