Ingredients
- 1 Scoop (30g) De Novo White Cake protein powder
- 2 Tbsp (20g) oat flour
- 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
- 1/2 Tbsp (7g) melted coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (22ml) low-cal pancake syrup
- 1 Tsp (4g) sprinkles
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a small bowl
- Mix with a spatula until crumbly
- Once crumbly use your hands to form a ball of dough
- Now split the dough up evenly into 10 pieces
- Form small balls out of each piece
- Add your sprinkles to a separate dish and roll the balls one at a time in the dish
- Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for several days
- Truffles will harden slightly in the fridge.
