Ingredients
- 3 Extra ripe bananas (325g)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsps (30g) coconut oil
- 1/4 Cup (80g) honey
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 Cup white whole wheat flour (210g)
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Cup (28g) chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Coat a (12 muffin) muffin tray with non-stick baking spray and evenly distribute the batter between each mold
- Top each mold with chopped walnuts
- Bake at 375 Degrees or 190 Celsius for 12-14 minutes
