Ingredients
- 1 Cup (244g) unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 Egg whites (105g)
- 2 Tbsps (30ml) unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 Tbsps (30ml) low calorie maple syrup
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (120g) oats
- 2 1/2 Tbsps (30g) sugar substitute
- 2 Scoops (60g) Isopures vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt, allspice, nutmeg, and cloves (to taste)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into an 8x8 baking tray coated with baking spray
- Bake at 350 degrees | 177 Celsius for around 25 minutes
- Cool on a wire rack
- Once completely cooled spray top with a small amount of baking spray and coat in cinnamon sugar
