Ingredients
- 1 Peeled, sliced, and cored medium sized apple (133g)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp (22mL) Calorie free maple syrup (I used Walden Farms)
- 1 Tbsp (6g) oat flour
- 2 Tbsp (24g) oats
- 1 Tbsp (12g) sugar substitute
- Heaping 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice the apple
- Add you apple slices to a small bowl
Top the apple with
- (1 Tbsp) (15ml) maple syrup
- (1 Tbsp) (6g) oat flour,
- (1 Tbsp) (12g) oats
- (1/2 Tbsp) (6g) sugar substitute
- (1/2 tsp) of cinnamon
- & a pinch of nutmeg
- Mix well
- Add apple pieces to a mug
Top with
- (1 Tbsp) (12g) oats
- (1/2 Tbsp) (7ml) maple syrup
- (1/2 Tbsp) (6g) sugar substitute
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Mix the topping ingredients into one another
- Microwave for 90 seconds (1250watt microwave used)
