Ingredients

4 Slices low-calorie toast (Weight Watchers)
3 Egg whites (105g)
1/4 Cup (2oz) vanilla unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbsp (30g) calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup (Walden Farms)
1/8 tsp Vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl combine:
Egg whites, almond milk, pancake syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt
Dip both sides of your bread into your mix
Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and cook toast on medium heat for around 3 minutes a side
Top with calorie-free/low-calorie pancake syrup...I suggest Walden Farms
